Direct Licensing Policy

GlowOps Records generally relies on the Phonographic Performance Company of Australia (PPCA) to administer licences for the relevant rights covered by the PPCA Input Agreement, so direct licences for those rights are not offered as a matter of course.

GlowOps Records may nevertheless consider a direct licensing request on a case-by-case basis. No licence is granted merely by making an enquiry or receiving this policy; a direct licence exists only if specific terms are agreed in writing.

Please include enough information for the proposed use to be assessed, including:

• your name, business or organisation and contact details;
• the sound recording or music video you wish to use;
• the nature, purpose and manner of the proposed use;
• the proposed territory and licence period; and
• any expected audience, frequency of use or other relevant information.

GlowOps Records may request further information. Any fee and terms will be determined for the particular request. GlowOps Records may approve or decline the request, or direct the applicant to obtain the relevant licence from PPCA.

Any direct licence granted under this policy covers only the rights expressly identified in the written licence and only to the extent those rights are owned or controlled by GlowOps Records / Tuan Minh Thanh Luu.

It does not automatically grant rights in the underlying musical composition, lyrics, or third-party material; separate permissions may be required.
