GlowOps Media and its related publishing and creative activities are operated by Tuan Luu. GlowOps Editions is the publishing and rights layer associated with T.L. Ellery and other GlowOps publishing activity.

Depending on how you interact with GlowOps, we may collect your email address; your name if you choose to provide it; information you submit through forms, reader offers, surveys or enquiries; information associated with free-book downloads; email engagement information such as opens and link clicks; information generated when you interact with our advertisements or lead forms; website usage information where analytics are enabled; transaction information where direct purchases are offered; and communications you send to us.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless it is reasonably necessary for a particular interaction and you knowingly provide it.

We may collect information when you subscribe to a GlowOps or T.L. Ellery mailing list, request a free book or other reader resource, complete a Meta or other advertising-platform lead form, submit information through a GlowOps website, communicate with us, make a purchase, or otherwise choose to provide information.

We may also receive information through services used to operate our websites, mailing lists, publishing systems and advertising.

We may use personal information to deliver books or content you request; operate GlowOps and T.L. Ellery mailing lists; send new-release announcements, reader recommendations, bonus material and related communications you agreed to receive; provide and improve our websites and creative projects; understand reader and visitor behaviour; measure advertising and marketing performance; manage enquiries and collaborations; process transactions; maintain security; and comply with applicable obligations.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

If you join one of our mailing lists, we may send emails relating to the list or offer you joined, together with relevant books, releases, recommendations, bonus content and related GlowOps or T.L. Ellery material described at signup.

When you request a free book or reader offer, the signup form will explain what you are agreeing to receive. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those messages.

GlowOps may advertise through platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. If you submit information through a Meta lead form or another advertising platform, the information you choose to provide may be transferred to GlowOps and used for the purpose described in that form.

For example, if you request a free T.L. Ellery book and join the reader list through a lead form, we may use your email address to deliver the book and send the reader communications described at signup. Advertising platforms may separately process information under their own privacy policies.

Our websites may use cookies and similar technologies where enabled. These technologies may help operate the website, understand site usage, remember preferences, measure campaign effectiveness and improve advertising or reader acquisition. Some may be provided by third parties. You can generally control cookies through your browser or device settings.

We use third-party services to operate GlowOps. These may include providers for email marketing, ebook delivery, website hosting, data storage, analytics, advertising, payment processing and related business functions.

Important providers may include Kit, BookFunnel, Meta, Supabase and Vercel. These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own terms and privacy policies.

Some technology providers we use operate or store information outside Australia. As a result, personal information may be processed or stored in countries where our service providers or their infrastructure are located and may be subject to the laws of those countries.

We take reasonable steps appropriate to our operations to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to operate our services, maintain appropriate records or comply with applicable obligations. If you unsubscribe, we may retain limited information needed to record and respect that request.

You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion where appropriate, withdraw marketing consent, or ask how your information is handled.

Certain T.L. Ellery fiction and related reader material is intended for adult audiences. GlowOps does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through adult-oriented reader offers. If we become aware that information has been collected from a child in circumstances where it should not have been, we may delete it.

Our websites may link to Amazon, BookFunnel, social networks, streaming services and other third-party websites. GlowOps does not control their privacy practices. Their own privacy policies apply when you use those services.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology, business practices or applicable obligations change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.
