GlowOps Media is a creative and media platform spanning editorial, publishing, music and related creative activity. GlowOps Editions is the publishing and rights layer associated with T.L. Ellery and other GlowOps publishing activity.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Site content may change, be removed or be updated without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, content made available through GlowOps is owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by GlowOps or the relevant creator or rights holder. This may include text, fiction, book artwork, photography, design, graphics, audio, music, video, branding and other creative material.

You may access website content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, commercially exploit or create unauthorised derivative uses of protected content without permission from the relevant rights holder. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to you.

Where GlowOps or T.L. Ellery provides a free ebook, story, bonus scene or other downloadable work, it is provided for personal use unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You may not resell it, upload it for public distribution, distribute copies through file-sharing services or mailing lists, commercially reproduce it, or claim it as your own work. If somebody else wants the book, please send them to the official signup or download page.

Some GlowOps content, particularly high-heat romance published under T.L. Ellery, may contain adult themes or sexually explicit material. Adult-designated content is intended for adults. If you are under 18, you should not access material identified or reasonably understood as adult-oriented.

If you subscribe to a GlowOps or T.L. Ellery mailing list, the signup page or form will explain the communications you are signing up to receive. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those messages.

GlowOps may link to or use third-party retailers, ebook delivery services, social networks, streaming platforms, ticketing providers, payment services and other websites. Those services operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy practices and policies. GlowOps is not responsible for their availability, operation or content.

Where books, music or other products are purchased through Amazon or another third-party retailer, the transaction is also subject to that provider's terms, refund rules and policies.

If GlowOps offers direct purchases through this website, additional checkout, fulfilment, shipping, refund or product-specific terms may apply. Terms shown at the time of purchase form part of that transaction.

Use or licensing of GlowOps-controlled music may be subject to separate terms. Where applicable, the GlowOps Direct Licensing Policy governs direct music-licensing enquiries together with any specific written licence agreement.

Nothing in these general Terms grants a synchronisation, reproduction, public-performance or other commercial music licence.

If you submit material to GlowOps through a collaboration enquiry, editorial submission, message or form, you confirm that you have the right to submit it. Submission does not automatically transfer ownership to GlowOps. Any rights required for publication, collaboration, licensing or commercial use should be agreed separately where appropriate.

You must not use this website to interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts; distribute malware; impersonate another person; infringe another person's rights; systematically reproduce protected content in violation of applicable law; or engage in unlawful conduct.

We aim to keep GlowOps information current, but creative projects, release dates, availability, external links and other information may change. We do not guarantee that every page, link, service or piece of content will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

GlowOps content is provided for creative, editorial, entertainment and general informational purposes unless specifically stated otherwise. It should not be treated as professional legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.

To the extent permitted by law, GlowOps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website or third-party services linked from it.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in South Australia, Australia. Subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts competent to hear matters arising in South Australia.
